CaJohns Jumpin' Jerk Marinade

CaJohns Jumpin' Jerk Marinade - is an authentic Jamacican receipe that harmonizes the aromatic and tangy flavours found in the "Jerk Huts" of this island country. Combine the cooking methods of today with this wonderful marinade and you can replicate the traditional "Jerk" flavor and the fieriest of pepper heat found in Jamaica. Use to marinate fish, seafood, chicken, pork or beef. Also great as a marinade for grilled veggies. Excellent in stews and soups as well. For best results marinade items in a sealed container in refrigerator overnite. Grill or cook over medium heat, basting with the remaining unused marinade. The mildest of the trio would be "Gentle Jerk", if you prefer the heat try the "Joltin Jerk"
