Chili Chipotle Ground (red Jalapeno) 100g

Jalapeno Chilis originate originally from Mexico and are designated after the city Jalapa in Veracruz. They have a strong and "bearable" heat with a sharpness degree of approximately 5-6 or 22,000 - 30,000 Scoville unit (max. 300,000). Riped Jalapeno are smoked-dried over Mesquite wood. They are then called Chipotle and have a pleasant smoked flavour. To be use in Salsa, Chutneys, Chili con carne or house-made spice mixtures. Indispensably for all BBQ saucen, Dips or Marinate.
